Lt. Gen. Larry Nicholson congratulates Navy Seaman Miguel Hobbs, Feb. 12, 2016, at III Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters, Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, for winning “Blue Jacket of the Quarter.” Hobbs received this honor for superior performance during the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2016.
