Sgt. Maj. Lee Bonar congratulates Navy Seaman Miguel Hobbs, Feb. 12, 2016, at III Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters, Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, for winning “Blue Jacket of the Quarter” for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2016. The “Blue Jacket of the Quarter” is an award given to junior-enlisted sailors for superior performance during the quarter. Bonar, from Wheeling, West Virginia, is the III MEF command sergeant major, and Hobbs, from Azua, Dominican Republic, is a dental technician with 11th Dental Company Detachment, 3rd Dental Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group, III MEF.
