Col. Christopher Snyder addresses guests at the 2016 Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Active Duty Fund kickoff March 1, aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. The event was held to mark the official start of the fund drive and inform senior leaders about the importance of becoming involved with the donation process. Snyder is the deputy commander for Marine Corps Installations Pacific-Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, Japan.
