Lt.Gen. Lawrence Nicholson fills out an allotment form during the 2016 Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Active Duty Fund Kickoff March 1, aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. The event is held annually to raise funds to support programs and services provided by the NMCRS, and increases overall awareness of these programs among active-duty Marines and sailors. Information about the fund drive, as well as NMCRS financial and educational opportunities, can be found at nmcrsfunddrive.org. Nicholson is the commanding general for III Marine Expeditionary Force.
