Rear Adm. David R. Callahan, Commander, Coast Guard District Eight, Vice Adm. Charles D. Michel, Vice Commandant, U.S. Coast Guard, and Adm. Paul Zukunft, Commandant, U.S. Coast Guard, present the Coast Guard Foundation Award to members of Coast Guard Sector Mobile for their actions in response to a storm which affected 117 sailboats during a sailing regatta.
