SASEBO, Japan (Mar. 11, 2016) Master-at-Arms 1st Class Carlos Hernandez, assigned to Commander U.S. Fleet Activities Sasebo Security Department, prepares to ring the installation bell to mark the end of the moment of silence for the victims of the 2011 Great Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami during a remembrance ceremony. This year marks the fifth anniversary of the disaster and CFAS honored the victims with a ceremony that included flower laying, a commemoration and moment of silence that was attended by more than 100 people.
