SASEBO, Japan (Mar. 11, 2016) Commander U.S. Fleet Activities Sasebo Capt. Matthew Ovios lays flowers at the Japanese flagpole as part of a remembrance ceremony for the victims of the 2011 Great Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami. This year marks the fifth anniversary of the disaster and CFAS honored the victims with a ceremony that included flower laying, a commemoration and moment of silence that was attended by more than 100 people.
