CHINHAE, Republic of Korea (Mar. 22, 2016) - Equipment Operator Constructionman Daniel Mccomas, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, fastens a triple container (TRICON) to the bed of a Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) 25 with the use of industrial grade chains. When properly attached, the chains will prevent a TRICON from moving around or falling off of an MTVR during transit. This is a common safety practice for the completion of the embarkation process.
