Spc. Robert Hilyard, a Winterhaven, Florida, native and cargo specialist assigned to the 297th Inland Cargo Transfer Company, 13th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, transfers shipping containers trucks to be taken to the Logistics Readiness Center at Fort Hood Texas, March 22. The container belongs to the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team "Greywolf," 1st Cavalry Division, which is spearheading an Army-wide effort to do away with excess, obsolete and unserviceable equipment. This effort will establish the process that the rest of the Army will use to turn-in or laterally transfer equipment
