Maj. Michael Spears, the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team "Greywolf," 1st Cavalry Division S-4, shows Lt. Gen. Patrick Donahue, the deputy commanding general of U.S. Army Forces Command, around the III Corps motor pool to give him an upclose view of the brigade efforts to redistribute excesss equipment. The Greywolf Brigade is spearheading an Army-wide effort to do away with excess, obsolete and unserviceable equipment. This effort will establish the process that the rest of the Army will use to turn-in or laterally transfer equipment.
