As part of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy International Military Student Office program, Sgt. Maj. Jefferson Ntabana from Rwanda provided a detailed briefing on his countries' armed forces tactics and techniques to prevent poaching of endangered species and conservation efforts to protect forests. His briefing was delivered to members of the Hanks High School Economic Science AP Class in El Paso, Texas, Feb. 12.
