DONA ANNA RANGE, NEW MEXICO– Air Force Ranger Instructor Capt. Ralph Johnson conducts a water check on Senior Airman Corey Tate April 20 during the Air Force Ranger Assessment Course. Tate is one of 24 candidates attending the course which runs through May 3. The course is a requirement for all Airmen wishing to attend Army Ranger School. The Air Force Security Forces Center, from Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, runs the biannual course at Fort Bliss and the surrounding training areas.
