Marines of Combat Engineer Platoon, 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, use shovels to pack dirt dumped from a bulldozer into barriers at Combat Outpost Rielly Feb. 15. Marines of Charlie Company, 1/3, named the outpost for Lance Cpl. Thomas J. Reilly, Jr., the only Marine from 1/3 killed in action during the battalion's deployment to Iraq last year.
