A bulldozer dumps a load of dirt into protective barriers Feb. 16 at Combat Outpost Reilly. Marines of Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, named the outpost for Lance Cpl. Thomas J. Reilly Jr., the only Marine from 1/3 killed in action during the battalion's deployment to Iraq last year. Combat engineers constructed the outpost in only three days.
