A temporary plaque bearing the name and establishing date hangs in the combat operations center of Combat Outpost Reilly Feb. 16. Marines of Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, named the outpost for Lance Cpl. Thomas J. Reilly, Jr., the only Marine from 1/3 killed in action during the battalion's deployment to Iraq last year. "Cobra" is the company's radio call sign.
