Lt. Gen. Robert Cone and Command Sgt. Maj. Arthur L. Coleman, Jr., uncase the III Corps colors during a transfer of authority ceremony March 13 at the Al Faw Palace at Camp Victory, Iraq. Cone will be the deputy commanding general for operations of United States Forces - Iraq, and III Corps Soldiers will form the nucleus of the USF-I organization, which will oversee operations of U.S. military forces in the country. III Corps is based out of Fort Hood, Texas.
