Army Staff Sgt. Latasha S. Mack, law enforcement Noncommissioned Officer-in-Charge assgined to the 728th Military Police (MP) Battalion, 8th MP Brigade, teaches Army Reserve Soldiers from the 414th MP Company headquartered in Joplin, Missouri, how to file police reports through the Army Law Enforcement Reproting and Tracking System May 18, 2016, at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Mack, a native of Liberty, Mississippi, and her fellow instructors spent two weeks teaching the fundamentals of military law enforcement to their Army Reserve counterparts earning their law enforcement certifications so they may conduct similar courses for their fellow Army Reserve Soldiers stationed in the Continental U.S. The classroom assignments and practical exercises are products of recent initiatives between U.S. Army Pacific and the 200th MP Command, the Army Reserve's largest law enforcement agency, to support one another through the Army's Total Force Policy that promotes greater collaboration among the active duty, National Guard and Reserve components.
