Army Reserve Soldiers from the 414th Military Police (MP) Company headquartered in Joplin, Missouri, learn how to file police reports in the Army Law Enforcement Reporting and Tracking System May 18, 2016, at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. The troops trained for two weeks with their active duty counterparts from the 8th MP Brigade headquartered at Schofield Barracks so they may earn the certifications necessary to teach their fellow Army Reserve Soldiers stationed in the Continental U.S. The classroom assignments and practical exercises are products of recent initiatives between U.S. Army Pacific and the 200th MP Command, the Army Reserve's largest law enforcement agency, to support one another through the Army's Total Force Policy that promotes greater collaboration among the active duty, National Guard and Reserve components.
