BICOL, Philippines (May 28, 2016) - Equipment Operator 3rd Class Edelbert Natividad, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 and a member of the Philippine Army’s 565th engineer construction battalion 51st engineer brigade excavate for a utility trench, May 27. NMCB 4 Seabees and Philippine Seabees work alongside each other to build and renovate school buildings for 650 local children. These new facilities will provide children with modern amenities to enhance their learning experience for generations to come.
