Iraqi Master Sgt. Aldealn Shpep Abdallah, an Iraqi soldier from 2nd Battalion, 15th Brigade, 3rd Company, 12th Iraqi Army Division, suites up in his body armor alongside U.S. Soldiers from 2nd Platoon, Bravo Battery, 6th Squadron, 1st Cavalry, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armor Division as the group prepares to head out on a mission, which will mark the beginning of Abdallah's second day in the Iraqi Adopt A Non-comissioned Officer Program at Forward Operating Base Warrior in Kirkuk, Iraq, March 23. The Adopt An NCO Program is a three-day event in which Iraqi NCOs embed with U.S. Soldiers from 6-1 Cav. to learn first hand how U.S. NCOs interact with their units.
