Aldealn Shpep Abdallah, an Iraqi soldier from 2nd Battalion, 15th Brigade, 3rd Company, 12th Iraqi Army Division, makes his way back to 6th Squadron, 1st Cavalry, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, barracks to start his second day of the Iraqi Adopt A Non-comissioned Officer at Forward Operating Base Warrior in Kirkuk, Iraq, March 23. The Adopt An NCO Program is a three-day event in which Iraqi NCOs embed with U.S. Soldiers from 6-1 Cav. to learn first hand how U.S. NCOs interact with their units.
