    Chief Petty Officer Spencer Greer, a boatswain's mate aboard the Coast Gaurd Cutter Fir, a 225-foot seagoing buoy tender homeported in Astoria, Ore., tosses a line over the rim of the 35-foot tall 9-foot wide buoy 14 to rig the buoy during operations on the Columbia River, June 23, 2016.

    The crew of the Fir replaced an LED light, anchor and anchor chain on the buoy during routine maintenance.
