JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM (June 30, 2016) - Sailors assigned to John C. Stennis Strike Group (JCSSG) cheer for Royal Canadian Sailors assigned to the Royal Canadian Navy frigate Her Majesty’s Canadian Ship Calgary (FFH 335) after a softball game during Rim of the Pacific maritime exercise 2016. RIMPAC, held from June 30 to Aug. 4, in and around the Hawaiian Islands and southern California, will include 26 nations, more than 40 ships and submarines, more than 200 aircraft and 25,000 personnel. Providing a combat-ready force to protect collective maritime interests, John C. Stennis is operating as part of the Great Green Fleet on a regularly scheduled Western Pacific Deployment.
