On his sixth visit since the earthquake struck Haiti, Gen. Douglas M. Fraser, commanding general, U.S. Southern Command, speaks with resettlement camp Corail Cesselesse's director. The pair discussed the living conditions within the camp. Fraser also wanted to see first-hand the new camp and make sure conditions for people relocating there were acceptable.
