Maj. Gen. Luis R. Viscot, commanding general, 377th Theater Sustainment Command/Joint Logistics Command-Haiti, greets Gen. Douglas M. Fraser, Andrew Shapiro, assistant secretary for the Bureau of Political Military Affairs, and Maj. Gen. Simeon Trombitas, commanding general, JTF-Haiti, during their visit to resettlement camp, Corail Cesselesse. Fraser was in Port-au-Prince to witness the improvements from his last visit almost two weeks ago. It was his sixth visit since the Jan. 12 earthquake.
