Gen. Douglas M. Fraser, commanding general, U.S. Southern Command, and Maj. Gen. Simeon Trombitas, commanding general, JTF-Haiti make their way to the new resettlement camp, Corail Cesselesse, after an aerial tour of the Port-au-Prince area. Fraser was on his sixth visit to the area and wished to see first-hand the progress made in relief efforts.
