Marines from Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 16 carefully assemble a 2.75-inch fléchette rocket before loading it into a speed pack, which the Marines use to transport the munitions to the flightline so squadron ordnance Marines can load it onto waiting attack helicopters. The seven-man MALS-16 team at Dwyer assembles about 100 rockets each week in addition to their other MALS duties.
