Lt. j.g. Ben Stollerman, engineers, JTF-Haiti, walks Gen. Douglas M. Fraser, commanding general, U.S. Southern Command, through the internally displaced persons camp, Ancien Aeroport Militaire, and points out recent projects during Fraser's visit to Port-au-Prince May 3. Stollerman pointed out the recent improvements that the Seabees had assisted with, such as placing new grates over sewage drains. Fraser visited Haiti to express continuing support in the relationship between the U.S. military and the government of Haiti.
