Brig Gen. Glenn C. Hammond, III, commander of 16th Engineer Brigade, presents a framed brigade commander's coin, Iron Castle patch and embroidered flag to Iraqi army Lt. Col. Dawood in appreciation of the partnership that has been shared between 9th Iraqi Army Field Engineer Regiment and 16th during the past few months. The occasion also marked Hammond's final visit to the 9th IA FER headquarters, April 28, prior to his unit's redeployment to the States.
