160824-N-JK586-056 HONOLULU, Hawaii -- International students attending the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School's Strategic Leaders International Course tour the museum associated with the Command Pacific Fleet's Special Rememberance Barge Tour on a recent Field Support Program trip to Hawaii. The purpose of FSP is to foster professional relationships with partner nation officers and forces as they attend various courses at Naval Special Warfare's NAVSCIATTS, located on the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. SLIC is a senior level course that expands military education to senior officers or civilian equivalent leaders. NAVSCIATTS is a Security Cooperation schoolhouse operating under the U.S. Special Operations Command in support of Foreign Security Assistance and Geographic commander's Theater Security Cooperation.
