    Paul Barber, left, retired, is the former chief of Engineering Division. He oversaw the planning, design and initial construction of the Blue River Corridor project. Glen Davis, right, retired, was the chief of the Construction Division during construction the project. They are holding a picture from around 1985 at the Blue River Channel during construction of the paved reach. The third person in the photo the men are holding is Howard Gillin, who passed away in late 2014. He was the assistant chief of the Construction Division at the time the photo was taken.
