Petty Officer 1st Class Christopher Szell, damage controlman, assigned to the amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga, explains how the oxygen tank on a self contained breathing apparatus works to a group of Indonesian National Armed Forces sailors during the at-sea phase of Naval Engagement Activity Indonesia 2010. In its 16th year, NEA is part of the Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
