    Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School

    160908-N-JK586-010 STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. – International students participating in the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School’s Waterborne Instructor Course-Coastal at the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, practice maritime navigational techniques during a block of classroom instruction. WIC-C is an eight-week course that provides graduates of the Patrol Craft Officers Coastal course or those with proven expertise as coxswain of coastal craft with the basic skills to deliver lessons and to conduct high-risk training in the coastal environment. NAVSCIATTS is U.S. Special Operations Command’s international center specializing in mobile and in-resident training across the tactical, operational and strategic spectrums in order to strengthen partner nation capabilities.
