STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. – International students participating in the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School’s Patrol Craft Advanced Training course complete confidence exercises with their maritime personal protective equipment at the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. PCAT is a five-week group-based course that provides established international military and police special operations units/teams with advanced training in the operation of patrol craft while conducting riverine special operations missions. NAVSCIATTS is U.S. Special Operations Command’s international center specializing in mobile and in-resident training across the tactical, operational and strategic spectrums in order to strengthen partner nation capabilities.
