STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. – International students attending the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School’s International Tactical Communications Course at the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, conduct practical exercises using Harris radios. ITCC is a five-week course designed to provide personnel with specialized unclassified training in tactical voice and data communications using the Harris RF5800 or RF5800 MP and HH radios. NAVSCIATTS is U.S. Special Operations Command’s international center specializing in mobile and in-resident training across the tactical, operational and strategic spectrums in order to strengthen partner nation capabilities.
