160930-N-NF288-006 PHILIPPINE SEA (Sept. 30, 2016) The Military Sealift Command (MSC) dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Charles Drew (T-AKE 10) steams along the port side of the Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), during a replenishment-at-sea (RAS). During the RAS, Reagan Sailors coordinated with the “Golden Falcons” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 12 to transport Joint Stand-off Weapon supplies to the ship.
