ARABIAN GULF (Oct. 8, 2016) Seaman Toree Tuck, from Boise, Idaho, checks for corrosion on an SU-79 pylon on an F/A-18E Super Hornet assigned to the Sidewinders of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 86 in the hangar bay of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike). Tuck serves aboard Ike as an aviation ordnanceman and helps inspect, repair and maintain the Sidewinders weapon systems. Ike and its Carrier Strike Group are deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
