Spc. Joel Hughes, a Soldier with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company of the 350th Civil Affairs Command in Pensacola, Fla., leads the pack here on June 15 as part of the competition for this year's U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations (Airborne) Best Warrior selection. Hughes and 13 other Soldiers and Noncommissioned Officers from across the nation are competing to take home this year's Best Warrior of the Year Soldier or NCO category. USACAPOC(A) is five percent of the U.S. Army Reserve Command's force and is responsible for approximately 20 percent of the Army Reserve deployments. The command is comprised of nearly 12,000 Soldiers in 67 units across 31 states and Puerto Rico.
