Best Warrior competitors with the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) listen to Master Sgt. Johnny B. Cox, here on June 15, as he explains the regulations for the Army Physical Fitness Test. A total of 14 Soldiers and Noncommissioned Officers from across the nation will compete to become the command's Best Warrior in either the Soldier or NCO category. USACAPOC(A) is five percent of the U.S. Army Reserve Command's force and is responsible for approximately 20 percent of the Army Reserve deployments. The command is comprised of nearly 12,000 Soldiers in 67 units across 31 states and Puerto Rico.
