Malcom Walker, satellite communications operator with Headquarters Company, Task Force Koa Moana 16-4, works with the Vanuata Police Force in a simulated response to a noise complaint in Port Vila, Vanuatu Oct. 25, 2016. Marines and Sailors trained with the Vanuatu Police Force in order to share their procedures when dealing with domestic abuse calls and noise complaints. The Koa Moana exercise seeks to enhance senior military leader engagements between allied and partner nations in the Pacific with a collective interest in relations and to discuss key aspects of operations, capability development and interoperability in the South Pacific.
