U.S. Marines with Combat Engineer Platoon, Task Force Koa Moana 16-4, filter sand to make concrete during an Engineer Civil Assistance Project at a local clinic in Port Vila, Vanuatu, Oct. 25, 2016. Marines teamed up with the Vanuatu Mobility Force to renovate the clinic after it was degraded by Cyclone Pam last year.
