BAGRAM, AFGHANISTAN - Tech. Sgt. Steven Hayes rigs the knife that cuts the gate, releasing the airdrop pallets over Afghanistan Aug. 25, 2006. Hayes is a loadmaster and Joint Precision Air Drop System trainer from the Air Mobility Warfare Center, NJ. The 774th will perform the first operational drop of a new GPS guided parachute called the Screamer 2K, Joint Precision Air Drop System.
