Hedden is a navigator for the 774th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron, while DeVoe is the command tactician at the Air Mobility Warfare Center, NJ. The 774th will perform the first operational drop of a new GPS guided parachute called the Screamer 2K, Joint Precision Air Drop System.
