Members of the 774th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron and members of 455th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron install the center vertical restraint in a C-130 Hercules Aug. 26, 2006. The restraint will be used to separate and guide two rows of eight airdrop pallets, sixteen pallets in all. The 774th will perform the first operational drop of a new GPS guided parachute called the Screamer 2K, Joint Precision Air Drop System.
