A U.S. Coast Guard 26-foot Over-the-Horizon boat crew from the Coast Guard Cutter Dependable, homeported in Virginia Beach, Virginia, transfers survivors to Matthew Town, Great Inagua, Bahamas, Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016.
