(Left) Lt. Col. Hector M. Moran, executive officer of the 166th Regional Support Group, and Command Sgt. Maj. Rene R. Rivera, command sergeant major of the 166th RSG, case their unit colors at a ceremony on Contingency Operating Base Speicher, July 20. The 166th RSG is redeploying to Puerto Rico after serving a year in Iraq. Task Force Marne Commanding General, Maj. Gen. Tony Cucolo, spoke during the ceremony, expressing his appreciation for the 166th RSG's efforts at maintaining the base. Division Special Troops Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division, will now assume the responsibilities of the garrison mission on COB Speicher.
