(Left) Lt. Col. Hector M. Moran, executive officer of the 166th Regional Support Group, and Command Sgt. Maj. Rene R. Rivera, command sergeant major of the 166th RSG, salute their unit colors before casing them at a ceremony on Contingency Operating Base Speicher, July 20. The 166th RSG is redeploying to Puerto Rico after a year in Iraq. Among the unit's many accomplishments was the construction of Taino Batey, a park in the center of COB Speicher. Division Special Troops Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division, will now assume the responsibilities of the garrison mission on COB Speicher.
