Petty Officer 2nd Class Jonmichael Heldorfer, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center instructor, gives a briefing to medics playing the role of opposition forces during the final field training exercise of a 10-Day 68W/EMT Sustainment Course in Lorton, Va., Nov. 18, 2016. The course provided the fundamentals of Tactical Combat Casualty Care, from the point of injury through evacuation in a tactical environment.
