Petty Officer 3rd Maryann McCloskey, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center hospital corpsman, provides rear security as her team moves through a simulated combat zone during a mass casualty scenario at the final field training exercise of a 10-Day 68W/EMT Sustainment Course in Lorton, Va., Nov. 18, 2016. The course, taught by instructors from WRNMMC, provided the fundamentals of Tactical Combat Casualty Care, from the point of injury through evacuation in a tactical environment.
