Spc. Sherry Alexander, California Army National Guard combat medic, straps a manikin to a litter for extraction during a mass casualty scenario at the final field training exercise of a 10-Day 68W/EMT Sustainment Course in Lorton, Va., Nov. 18, 2016. The course, taught by instructors from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, provided the fundamentals of Tactical Combat Casualty Care, from the point of injury through evacuation in a tactical environment.
